1914

Originally constructed in 1914 as the Santa Cruz Fruit and Oil Canning Company to process apples, olives and string beans. In 1940s it was owned by the Stokely-Van Camp Company. Later in the 1970s, Pacific Coast Producers canned beans and pears at the facility.

The cannery closed in 1989 and the property was redeveloped in the 1990s.

Its now the home to NHS-Santa Cruz Skateboards, Pacific Edge Climbing Gym and Verve Coffee.
